The fabric of the garment consists of a 3layer structure:
1) In contact with the skin there is the hydrophobic fiber in light and thermoregulating Polypropylene which guarantees maximum breathability by conveying sweat to the outside.
2) The outer layer is composed of hydrophilic polyamide yarn which absorbs sweat from the inside and spreads it along the entire outer surface of the garment.
Between two layers, a pump effect is generated that moves sweat from the skin towards the outside, in the hydrophilic layer, in contact with the air. Since the surface of the garment is wider than skin area affected by sweating, the evaporation rate of sweat is significantly higher. Furthermore, sweat is unable to return to skin contact, blocked by the hydrophobic layer.
3) The third layer is composed of the elastomer that runs along the entire structure of the garment within the hydrophobic layer. Elastic structurethread is tenacious and allows the maintenance of its memory of expansion and contraction even after numerous washes: it has a slight compressive effect and supports the muscle during intense sporting activity.
The same elastic module ensures a comfortable fit and guarantees stability of the pad on the skin, without rubbing.
PAD : for 6 h training
Pad, also of Italian production, is made with a multilayer open cell foam of 65 density (kg / m³) and 120 density (kg / m³) and a total thickness of 16mm which guarantee excellent protection. First layer of 65 density and 4mm thickness guarantees a high elasticity of the product and a pleasant sensation of softness. Second layer of 120 density and 12mm thickness supports the cyclist in extreme distances, ensuring excellent protection and comfort.
Foam perforation with 3mm holes significantly increases transpiration and the passage of air in the pad, giving a pleasant sensation of freshness and allowing the insert to dry in less time than other traditional products.
The high cuff, extended from the final part of the thigh to the upper knee area, was made by inserting an additional polyurethane-based elastometric thread, in order to increase grip, without resorting to the application of silicones or PVC.
Outermost surface of the dungarees is enriched with a yarn made with a “parallel” technique with a Y section: in combination with its traditional weaving counterpart, it gives an original and highly topical glossy / matt final effect.

Double fabric, light and very soft, consisting of two layers: polypropylene hydrophobic and breathable in contact with the skin and hydrophilic polyamide on the outside, able to spread sweat and facilitate evaporation in a very short time.

Shirt structure is characterized by a SEAMLESS frame: the sides of the body have no seams and the fabric is extremely elastic and designed in a differentiated way, more open in the areas of greatest perspiration and closed in the areas most subject to wind.
The elastic of the bottom edge of the shirt is light and thin, to avoid double thckness and rolling up. In the back/bottom part of the shirt there are three in-line pockets, with an upper edge featuring reflective piping. The pockets are suitably sewn so as to be very roomy, but at the same time do not allow objects to accidentally escape from the top.
Entire outer surface of the garment is alse made with a special Y-section yarn, which gives a glossy/opaque aesthetic effect.
Lateral knit processing, characterized byknit stitches and RIBS selections, guarantees a perfect fit in every movement.
