Shipping Details

Each incoming order is processed and prepared for shipment within 24 / 72h (working days).

Our forwarder delivers the ordered goods within 24/48 hours. Delivery times are extended by 1 or 2 days if delivery regards place in distant areas or on an island.

To avoid delays, our shipping partner needs a phone number in case he needs to contact you by phone. For the same reason, it would also be useful to indicate an address where the courier can deliver during working hours.

For security reasons, orders with PO boxes and/or postal shipments will not be processed.

Orders are only shipped against advance payment.

Shipping Details

The free shipping is for orders over €. 70,00.

For orders less than or equal to € 70.00 the shipping costs shown in the table above will be charged.

Delay in delivery and unavailability of goods

This online shop is directly connected to our logistics. Thanks to this link it is possible to show our customers the availability of individual items immediately.

In exceptional cases, it is possible that there is a temporary unavailability of the requested item and therefore a delay in delivery. In this case our customer care will take care of contacting the Customer to inform him immediately. We therefore reserve the right to make partial deliveries.

Transport damage

Immediately after receiving the goods from our courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or altered in the sealing materials and that the number of packages sent corresponds to delivery note.

Any inconsistencies must be immediately contested by affixing the wording “Reservation of control” on the paper/digital delivery document of the courier.

Once the courier document has been signed without reservation, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of goods delivered.
